Jacqui is an accomplished Change Manager with a passion for implementing new concepts, and operational improvements.  She works closely with clients to help transform the way in which their company operates and achieve their goals.  Her determination and engaging collaborative manner enables her to build trusted relationships with those around her to deliver client focussed solutions and successful outcomes.

Jacqui has overseen and led complex change initiatives and brings 30 years of banking knowledge and practical experience, including operational risk and retail banking with one of the “Big 4” Global banks.

With a key focus on stakeholder engagement and management, together with effective communication, Jacqui has confidently led diverse teams across multiple jurisdictions to navigate a plethora of high-profile large-scale Digital, Strategic and Regulatory change programmes.
