John Patterson

John is a Director at Magellan, specialising in Corporate Governance change and the implementation of Portfolio or Programme Management Office (PMO) structures. John utilises his practical on-site experience alongside academic studies (including a Diploma in Company Direction from the IoD) to build stakeholder confidence and communicate effectively across organisations, including senior management and at Board level.
John has considerable project and programme management expertise within a diverse client base. Clients will often engage John to take advantage of his experience of creating or improving internal and external business structures. He is able to successfully deliver strategic programmes of work including significant technology change.
John also has experience in using Business Analysis and Lean methodologies and can easily adapt the right solution for each individual client requirements.
