David Brown

A passionate focused professional with wide ranging experience in private sector finance industry and senior positions in Government, public sector Legal/Financial, driving through transformational change across the entire organisation.

David has headed up Global IT for a Major UK Bank, with 14 offices worldwide and 150 IT staff as well as heading Programme delivery for some major offshore Legal firms and Trust Companies.

Delivering coordinated programmes across local Government and engaging primary care practitioners in central system design, David has always endeavoured to bring all parties to the table in an inclusive approach. David also created and chaired the initial Technical Sub Committee for the Jersey IoD.

Leading some initial Robotics back in the late 80’s, these have been refined over the years through numerous successful deploys to the latest improvements to take advantage of new features that create a very easy to use end user experience.

Always approaching automation from the human angle, David has been able to devise methods and tools that allow for not only a quicker deploy but a very speedy return on investment.

Striving to achieve a reasonable work life balance, David has also built and test flown a light aircraft, been a committee member (twice) of Jersey AeroClub is an active Operational Duty Manager for the Civil Air Support a UK based flying support group, is a member of a number of UK Local Resilience Forums and also a member of a cross Military-Private aviation Working party and now chairs the local flying group near Norwich in the UK.
