They say time flies when you are having fun and this has certainly been the case when it comes to the last five years since Kenan and Bill, our founding Directors, set out on the initial adventure to establish Magellan Consultancy. Our fledgling (yes that is a penguin reference!) has grown from a two-man start-up to a team of eight permanent staff and numerous loyal associates who help to enhance our brand. When John Patterson joined as a Director in 2020 our vision to be the most respected change management firm in Jersey was cemented and we felt secure that our journey really was navigating in the right direction. We are looking forward to building on these foundations by continuing to work alongside our diverse and ever-expanding group of clients.
We are grateful for the continued support of our clients, the fantastic commitment of all our team and associates and whilst we raise a glass to our achievements over the past five years, we also look to the bright future on the horizon.
We hope to see our clients, past and present and our supporters at a celebration later in the year.
