Administrative out sourcing project – Provided project governance, operational redesign and project support to a leading Fiduciary service provider seeking to outsource their none regulated administrative activity. The key driver being the freeing up of on island employees from more routine administrative functions in order to focus on more effective utilisation of jurisdictional expertise, creating a sustainable platform for growth. This required specific focus on communications and engagement across a wide range of stakeholders, with a focus on regulatory controls, managing existing client expectations, creating internal staff buy-in and local government support. On an operational level this required capturing the current state of the business and helping redesign how services were delivered. Our focus on people, process and technology resulted in a rewrite of all standard operating procedures and KPIs. The resulting benefits included increased billable time, capacity for new business take-on and improvement of the on island operation function.
