The CMI Level 7 accreditation signifies a full understanding of leadership theories, change management strategies, and their practical applications – a testament to Juliet’s expertise and dedication in fostering organisational growth and adaptability.
Throughout her professional journey, Juliet has demonstrated a strong aptitude for leading teams and driving transformative changes, both within Magellan and more particularly for our clients. John Patterson, Director, noted “This accomplishment is a testament to Juliet’s dedication and analytical skills, and will assist Magellan in gaining a clearer understanding of the ever-evolving dynamics of
leadership and strategic change”.
As well as working with our client’s to manage their change and project management initiatives, Juliet leads the Magellan training proposition which includes Magellan Operational Excellence (Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt), Magellan Own Your Change (Change Management and Process Improvement knowledge for all employees) and Magellan Process Optimisation, as well as providing mentoring and coaching support.
