Water Quality processes and methodologies were assessed, improved and standardised, opportunities for errors have been reduced to increase data accuracy (right 1st time), and the sample collection process (collection to reporting) has been accelerated to enable speedier decision-making. This resulted in overall improvements which enabled the Water Quality Team to build on its services to develop its advisory capabilities.”
